2025 Investment Thread

Debating on dumping what's left of my TSLA stock and rolling it into NVDA or something else, any ideas? They were already declining on sales but now....oof.

Diversify. RKLB went from closing under 25 to 30-31 today. Big gap up. I would sell some cash secured puts at the 25 range because invariably it will bleed back down before rocketing back up.

ASTS is my bet for future cell connectivity. They do what Starlink claims to do, but better. They just need a few more birds in the sky. That and I like waffles.

RCAT had a bleed down recently and is poised to come back up, and AMZN is always a healthy silent evil company. They will test all time highs in the next few weeks before probably coming back down again. NVDA has had a hell of a run but they are scary overvalued imo. Same with TSLA and CVNA

i bought DJT last night, so of course it crashed today

but Trump and his wifes meme coins, made him worth like 40 billion already overnight....... fml

Meme coins are a joke....... That said, certain people buy them up like nobody's business. Let's wait for the precipitous decline and listen to the songs being sung then.

Useful information.

  • Bought more shares with some of the profits
AAPL:

PANW:
  • Exercised 14,000 shares ($100 strike)

Pelosi has created her own buffett-like dynamic, whereby she gets to drive outstanding profits just by disclosing her list. And as a garden-variety whale, they won't move the market too severely as they enter and leave positions. Pretty sweet position to be in.

The hilarity of people thinking 84 y/o Pelosi would be some kind of expert inside trader

They'd be better off watching people like Kelly Loeffler, David Perdue, Robert Mercer, Peter Thiel, and Brian Heywood. Oh but wait, those people aren't liberal like Pelosi, so their trades must be innocent. :rolleyes

Two words, insider information.

If only those folks were required to disclose their stock trades under the STOCK Act, as Pelosi is, which is how we get access to the trade data.

Pelosi must think all those tech companies are going to shit the bed in 2025. That is a lot of sales. I wonder what her tax bill will look like.

If you did exactly what pelosi does, you print $

She has more insider knowledge than ppl realize she has.

The Google 150 strike at 2026 Jan is interesting, she must know congress is indeed gonna force Google to sell off chrome and stock may tank after that.

Don't dare look at those contract prices meow, a lot easier to stomach two days ago lol.

Also trump just signed 500billion for Stargate, basically gov backed data centers by 3/4 huge tech giants

yodaisgod- Doesn't matter who is calling the shots. What does matter is Pelosi's account is spot on.

Same as all political figures. Ignore the words, judge the action. Biden talked (sort of), am sure he didn't write the words. Definitely didn't plan the action.

There are plenty of other congressmen who make big trades, some very questionable, but somehow they don't get the attention Pelosi does. Could it be because she's a Democrat and a woman? Yeah I think so

That she’s playing with $38M seems to indicate she’s gotten her gambles right more often than not.

Bob Brinker used to say we have "the best government money can buy". And that's going back many administrations, not including the current one, as he retired in 2018. I do miss his show.
