$50 GoPro knockoff on woot!

Damn. Mine has not yet arrived. USPS or another carrier?
 
mine came in "Fast Track" or similar..the white vans
 
So there is still hope that I'll get it today. Excellent. I'm looking forward to seeing how well these work. Can you tell me anything about the mounts that were included? I'm assuming that they are not compatible with the GoPro stuff?
 
Rec'd Faux-Pro today ! Packaging is slick looking.
I'll fiddle with it. Worst case, I'll strap it to the back of one of the Border Collies and find out where the young one keeps getting empty Marlboro cigarette packs.
I hope she's not smoking, but Border Collies are smart enough to manage pretty much anything.

The one I ordered for my kid arrived today too. He is ripping into it right now. If he figures it all out and gets a video shot I'll post it up too.
 
Camera is pretty good guys, for $50 this was a steal of a deal. Attatched to my bike and ran my dog this morning to test out. Uploading video but slow ass internet speed in San Juan :(
 
Nice. I'm charging my two up right now. Looking forward to testing them out. I'm stoked that it has a tripod mount, as well as the GoPro-looking mounts. Speaking of which, has anyone checked compatibility between these mounts and the GoPro? I will do so shortly, as they look REALLY similar.

I tried to hook this camera into the go pro mount but the size is slightly different. It goes together but it would not snap in so I would not trust it
 
Just checked it. The channel on these is slightly more narrow. Darn. :laughing
 
change settings to 1080p if it does not do it automatically. fun starts at 230

Decent video, for $50.00 it is great video.
 
Just tested mine. Honestly, it's on par with my go pro, which cost many times as much. Perfect for my Pakistan trip.
 
it doesn't have the sun blockout thingy, but looks fine to me too.
 
Just a low light test for clarity and focus. Once the tail light is back on the Husky I'll take it for a road test. Pretty happy for 50 bucks!
