I just renewed mine...I used to support it only for the 5 free tows, but now that I have BMW roadside assistance I support it because it's a good organization.

I joined for the towing assistance and the discounts on hotels. Really comes in handy on cross-continental trips.

IMO you should be proud of being an AMA member. By supporting the AMA you are supporting the sport. Nobody else can fight the good fight for motorcyclist rights in Washington DC like the A M A
