I think the reason it’s different for me is that Louis CK, Weinstein, and Moore are sexual predators who did their actions for devious sexual reasons whereas Franken’s actions appear to be an attempt at comedy in VERY poor form.

I once touched a woman's breast I was dating and she did not appreciate it, but that's literally the only time I ever misjudged it. Am I a sexual predator? I don't think so. However, I've also never used deception like Al did in the kissing incident.
