Also speaking of Hawthorne, historically it was the weekend after labor day. This year its not. As a person that needs to block out time off for the year in January, is there some guideline or rhyme/reason i can apply to try and more accurately predict when my requested time off will land on the Friday and Monday of rally weekends?
I mean I could be a 4 rally per year, every year kind of person if i know when i have to say no and when I can say yes to meet my commitments with the people that sign my paycheck.
