BARF's Biggest Loser, Gainer Maintainers 2016Q4 Edition

I just compared my firm photo from last year with a new one I had recently taken (because I looked goofy in the first one). Well I didn't think you could see the extra weight I use to carry until I compared pics. Its only 10-15lbs difference, but boy could you see it in my face. That alone will keep the beer consumption to zero and me working out on my regularly scheduled program.

LOL, truth! It seems that the fat seems to carry (for me) in the face and belly. I show my old drivers license vs my current one to my coworkers and people are shocked. On my old license my face was puffy and fat vs my new one is super lean and my pants are falling down :laughing. Keep it up guys and gals!

Bump!

August 28th: 172lbs 25%
October 16th: 161lbs 21%

I am loosing 10% of muscle and 90% of fat. It's all goooodddd.

New goal: 15% of BF which translate into 145lbs as the end goal.

Serious question, did you have any libido at all in that low of a fat percentage? i'm slowly trying to get into ultras and feel like i never eat enough even at 2500-3000 Cal a day --- do you have an estimate of how many calories you were taking in at that level of competition?

I never tracked but I ate probably 1.5 to 2 times my current 1800-2400 a day. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, latte, huge bowls of noodles. Basically when I was training heavily I could not eat enough to offset the weight loss.

I'm down to 143, which is lighter than I have been in probably 30 years. Probably will stop here. Need to bulk up muscle a bit more now. I do like being this light, my walks are much easier now, and I really notice the difference on bicycle hill climbs vs a year or two ago. I fly up the hills I struggled with.

Libido> Trying to remember, it's been a long time. We're talkin late seventies early eighties. Not a lot, as I recall.
