Bump if you rode into work today

t2ml11L.jpg

Rode to SF today!

It was a chilly ride.

Hump day already! :party

Today was warmer than yesterday, thankfully. No picture today because someone left a milk jug full of piss in the street so I just parked and left asap. :|

Yeah, currently about 90 miles/day on the WR. It's not that bad on the highway at all. I just cruise at 65-70 the whole time. :ride

Well, my work today place today.

Does that mean you got did some tank-sit wheelies?!

Monday bump.

I want to wear one of these but I would feel bad splitting over 15mph...I try my best but I see 20-25mph a lot on Ygnacio...Good sight lines and big lanes...

I think my rear tire is finished after my ride on Saturday. I rode Chile Pope Valley - Butts - 29 - Silverado - 128, back to Chile Pope and did it again stopping for lunch at Perry's Deli in Middletown before heading back down 29 - 128 - Silverado - 128 - 121. I have ridden 1100 miles in 3 weeks, or about 5 times the amount of my FZ-09 in the same period :wtf:wow

Damn, how are you able to put so many miles on a sport bike? I would feel like dying after the first 10 miles. :laughing

Parked at work today in SF and decided to tinker with the FMF programmer on the street. :rofl

It has taken some getting used to for sure :laughing mostly to do with stretching

Also since I am 6'5" I have long arms and can sit more upright on sportbikes than most people

Did anyone give you weird looks like you were trying to steal it?:laughing

I'm 6'3" with a 36" inseam. Generally my upper body is fairly comfortable, especially if I can lie on the tank, but my lower body ends up cramping really badly within a few miles.

Also, luckily no weird looks (it is SF, after all), but it was made painfully obvious how easy it'd be for someone to steal stuff off the bike. :laughing

I have a 34" inseam. My biggest issue is my knees for sure, but nightly stretching and riding as much as possible has decreased my knee pain at least 80% within three weeks. Was going to attend Doc Wong's ergo class this week but I won't have my tires by then :( Luckily I think I'm on the right track in terms of body position...

The first ride I did was only 20 miles each way. It was...painful :laughing my knees were so locked up it took at least five seconds to sssllooowwwllyyy take my foot off each peg and get it out straight to stretch. Should have seen me hobble off the thing when I got home. I was sweaty and in pain, but had never had more fun on two wheels :laughing:rofl:ride
