Cars that make your jaw drop.

Assuming I ever win the Mega Millions or Powerball (assuming it's more than $20M), my garage will consist of the following (at a minimum, and only to start with) :

  • Flying / Monster Miata (weekend fun)
  • Turbo 'busa Smart car (fun + for when I have to go into SF)
  • Ram 2500 for towing (functional)
  • Ram Rebel for Tahoe trips (functional)
  • Porsche 911 turbo (fun / dream)
  • A Ferrari or Lamborghini (more likely Lambo) (weekends / dream)
  • BMW (daily getaround)
  • TBD supersport bike (maybe an Aprilia / Ducati)
  • TBD supermoto (701 is a strong possibility)
  • TBD dirtbikes x4 (so friends / family can join)

Garage #2 will have the collection of more rarely driven classics - '64 Cobra, '67 Stingray, '67 Camaro, '65 Lincoln Continental, a rat rod or two, etc. For the "lesser ridden" bikes, I'd also probably throw in something like a Road King, a V-rod / Diavel, 600cc track bike, a couple go-karts, jet-skis, and a wake boat. Probably a bass boat too in there somewhere.

Basically my dream house will be a massive warehouse of toys with a 3-4 bedroom modestly sized house nearby or attached. :laughing

Congrats to whoever won the $700M+ jackpot on Friday.

With a collection like that, my guess is you'll be sleeping in the attached bedroom in the back of the garage.

After I win Mega Millions tonight I'm buying an RS6 Avant.

I miss eating at the Cactus Club. Always festoon of radiant boobies.

Since you're gonna win, will you buy me one too?

Of course.

Unfortunately I did not win, even though I VERY POLITELY AND SPECIFICALLY asked for the winning ticket when I bought it.

Rally cars and drivers are wicked :cool !!!

Don't know if ya'll venture over into the Vintage Vid thread, but this is worth posting here. Thanks SFMCJohn for finding this. :thumbup

You wouldn't believe some of the roadside repairs I've seen from rednecks in the Army...my god.

In addition to BDAR kits (Battle Damage Assessment & Repair) which included everything from zip ties and epoxy to fiberglass repair, every vehicle also carries BII (Basic Issue Items) that includes stuff like bottle jacks, tow hooks, sledgehammers, shovels, etc.

99% of the time stuff just got hooked up and towed back rather than sitting out exposed trying to fix it, but if we could limp it to a protected destination and fix it we would. We quite literally beat the shit out of those vehicles in pretty much every way conceivable.

Shoe laces on Volvos and garden shears for Buell's! :laughing :thumbup

650hp? Supercharger? Sounds like the last CTS-V engine and not the new Blackwing V8.

Those pics were taken at Spring Mountain (which GM has done press launches at before).

They do Cadillac performance driving school there, too.
