Destination Ride Restaurants - Feeling it? What are your fav's?

A very successful store front,
Taco Temple started here, grew to two locations.
Last ten + years, Smoked fish shop, just as busy, always a line.
Located @ the south end of the pier/seawall along the beach in Cayucos.
Closed last year due to aging out, lots of "goodbys" posted out front.

Old Cayucos Card Room and Tavern too.. :wtf

Not a lot of options in Cayucos to begin with.

Drinking establishments are lost, in my things to do list, for over 5 years now.
I'm in need of a reeducation here in MB, I tried the Three Stacks & a Rock now they are open on the water front, not enough bright tanks to serve growlers, yet.
Foghorn Brewing added beer to the coffee brewing house this year, (was "The Bouy" Bar) now moved uptown.
Have yet to visit these two.
Wasn't aware of the closed Tavern, didn't make the gossip rags.
The Merrymaker in Los Osos has been rebuilt & open, was hurting during the 'rona, on the list to do.

I like Pogos Pizza in Konocti harbor at Clear Lake in Kelseyville. The make the BEST pizza and their other food is awesome. Makes for a great ride day ride from the bay area.

Wifey and I went to Barbara’s Fishtrap in Half Moon Bay. Definitely better be a door buster than wait an hour to be seated. (We were the former.) I was surprised I was able to eat a cup of chowder and a slice of key lime pie for less than $10, plus tax and tip, obviously. Thanks for sharing.

Hell's Backbone Grill is a wonderful spot on 12 between Escalante and Torrey in Boulder, UT - if you can tear yourself away from that amazing road. I've visited a couple of times and enjoyed breakfast and lunch over the years. Food was ridiculous good. It's open seasonally so you need to check ahead.

Rome Station: Totally middle of NOWHERE on my way from ID to the rally in Virginia City, NV. Caught a glimpse of shelter thru curtains of rain after a poor decision in Jordan Valley and said "i don't need rain gear yet...." Gas, roof over the pumps to park the bike for a moment, awesomely sketchy bathrooms, and a warm little restaurant crowded with locals and travelers with basic food and hot coffee.

I think I got the right one...found 3 locations around Clear Lake, with 2 in Kelseyville.

Agreed on the road...didn't even see it when we were up that way, and would've been a nice dinner stop since wasn't much after we turned east on 24 away from Torrey (we stopped a middle of nowhere motel between Torrey and Caineville)

All three Pogo"s are owned by the same family. They moved up to Clear Lake from Fremont in the 90's. Per the owner, "it got too crowded".

Holy shit! 41! I love riding motorcycles!

BTW, it looks like The Bluebird in Hopland is listed twice (I only counted it once).

Added several more to the list thanks to cal scott.

Best to confirm before traveling as the Rona took some stuff out.

Just realized we are missing a Nevada classic. The Little A'Le'Inn in Rachel, NV. https://www.littlealeinn.com/

Place for a cold beverage and a slice of pie along the Extraterrestrial Hwy. Just make sure you have enough gas to get there and back. :cool

Rally talk has me thinking

Delta, UT The Rancher Café and Hotel https://the-rancher-cafe-hotel.edan.io/
nastiest/scariest place I have ever spent the night but the café was good

Moab, UT Moab Brewing https://www.themoabbrewery.com/
Eaten here on at least three trips. Cold beer, good food, TVs if you need them, and they used to have ice cream at the entrance
