Do You Mountain Bike?

Meet at Pete's in the Ygnacio Plaza at Ygnacio Valley Rd and San Carlos Dr.
9ish. 1.5-2 hrs. Pretty mild stuff and pretty mild pace.

Hey Gregory, I just had to thank you again for working on my road bike. It feels like there's 20% less mechanical resistance since you went through it. It no longer slips out of the next-to-small ring either.

you bet. you will be looking for one as well, once you see the light

You liked the Lyric better than the Fox 36?

Have a fun ride tomorrow - two more weeks on the skinny tires til I return to dirt!

Finally upgraded to a full suspension GT I drive 2.0, its well seasoned but should do me well. I hope to test it out tomorrow morning :) I'm gonna miss my hardtail though it was so simple and I was just getting used to it. Somebody should put together another friendly mellow group ride again, where squids like myself can actually keep up :teeth

lite weight xc bike

Lets just say for shits and giggles that I was contemplating doing some xc races with you spandex wearing freaks, . . . hypethetically speaking of course. What lightweight xc bike or frame would you guys consider a good light frame at a good price, . . . as I ain't got much to spend ? ? ?

Oh, and no hardtails. My back can't take that abuse. WOuld have to be a 3 or 4 incher.

hmmmm..... nevermind, too easy.

Really though, if you get an epic you will be so fast that you will be inventing new colors for spandex to wear. If that not happen, may i suggest neon red and green and little bells for your shoes. :teeth

2007 Specialized Enduro SL Pro, Red ano XL frame for sale, complete.

got something else up mah sleeve

ACTUALLY, sonny, how is the weight difference between the fox float shock you ran and the ARF shock? did the float have a good enough lockout? im either completely changing the suspension, or selling her off.

RP3
-50g and I thought it was better than the AFR. Sent to PUSH so they could rebuild it and harden the propedal some more.

How about Auburn?:)

I've been wanting to go back - it's gonna have to wait until after Wildflower though.

There are some great riding out that way, with some tough climbs and some run descents. How many miles would you be up for?

So something like the Stumpjumper FSR you sold me a while ago? With the lightweight wheels and the lighter XC tires, that bike has been working out really well for me.

While it has been great for the smooth CCCX XC stuff, I'm tempted to upgrade to something with 120mm of travel to smooth out the trails I like to ride a little more, but I don't see that happening for a while.

8:03 PM, and all Men's categories in the DH were sold out.

BUT I GOT IN! :)

8:01, DH alone was sold out, as was expert AM, so i settled with sport am <34. podium should be within my reach

also, it asked for the bike and fork i was riding, i wonder what happens when i have a different one...

That's a good point. I checked the 4incher after my last race, the rear shock mounting bolt was bent. You can't go from 6 to 4 and ride(huck) the same.

Joe, so far the Spec FSR, Giant NRS are my 4inch favs.

Got screwed by Active.com, never even let me get to the reg page!!!!!! :mad
