it was 100 degrees at Demo today - we still rode the 26 miles
That's nuts. I heard it was hot out there. JMP was a cool 80' by comparison and we got out of there before it got too hot. You shoulda seen Joe go after his year off. We'll see how well he's going tomorrow
Thinking about Pacifica tomorrow... should be cooler there.

I'm in need of some parts.
I'm looking to trade a Thompson elite 27.2x330 seatpost for the same or comparable quality 27.2 by 350 minimum. Longer if possible. I need just a a few more mm's!
Also looking to trade for a quality liteweight stem 25.4 sub 90mm with a rise and some quality riser bars. Or I'll move up to 31.8 plus bars set.
I've got lots of random stuff road and MTB: Drive train bits, bars, wheels, forks, seats etc.
Lets make a deal!

I'm sure glad I didn't do this race Sounded like quite a sufferfest...
They called the race at 1pm (not soon after they started the 2nd lap) due to shortage of water and rising temperatures (100+)...

What tires are you guys running? I was thinking of grabbing a Minion DHF 40a front and sticking with my Kenda rear on my Bullit. I've been pushing my front frequently , I dropped tire pressures and its better but I prefer having it higher. I think a stickier tire will be fine at the pressure I want to run.
For DH (like Pacifica) I run the Minion DHF (2.5" in 3C)/High Roller (2.35" in MP60) combo -- nice grip!
For most of the bay area I run the Weirwolf 2.3" Front and Rear -- you either like these tires or hate 'em.
