Do You Mountain Bike?

Ah damn savage! I'd get my ass kicked if I was the camera guy, I would of been :rofl

EDIT: none of those guys looked like they were really getting behind there seat and putting too much pressure on the front wheel, easier said than done though I bet!

that section is quite a bit harder/steeper than the video makes it look. quite slick b/c of the water also. I took the line lopes does in the video, as someone was walking down the left line when i made the corner. There are quite a few little rocks that stick out just the wrong way that can mess you up going down it.

Yeah I bet, and just like anything else the pro's make everything look easy!

You sure you gonna be OK with 10AM after a night of :party and :Port

ill be drinking nothing but beer (that's the plan...anyway) and never have had a problem waking up after beer. Now if somehow i drink something a bit stronger, you'll be lucky to see me before noon. Luckily, i cannot afford anything more than natural light. :)

I have not done Annadel, and am itching to do so...

We're hitting Annadel again on the 26th. About 10 riders in all...

I'm heading up to Squaw for a week of riding on the 26th. Maybe by way of Annadel! Keep me in the loop.

I will be packin spouse too. She's strong and technically good, but not fast...

Cool. We'll actually have 3 ladies with us - all strong and very competent riders! Hope you can join us next time!

Thanks everyone for the tool!!!

When it was handed to me, it was like receiving a scepter. I think I actually got a little teary. It is a professional tool that there is no substitute for, and my garage has been missing one for entirely too long. I look forward to putting it to good use for everyone.
Thanks mucho! It was very generous!

Ride plans for Saturday 7/26

Lisa's birthday is this weekend, and we're hoping to get some miles in at Annadel. Rick, how many miles was your group looking at doing? Do you have a route in mind?

Anyone else up for another round at Annadel?

Sally is going to some art glass thing at the DeYoung. With other chicks. Some men.

I'd rather ride Annadel with you guys.

Chicks or bikes? Hmmm...

Last weekend, Lisa and I went north for the MTBike Oregon event. Shuttles, test bikes, food, and beer were all included in the cost.

Day one was Middle Fork, a 25 mile adventure.

Water temps were in the 40s, but I had to clean up somehow!

Day three was a shorter cool-down of sorts at Flat Creek / Salmon Creek
