(What is it, a foot difference in height?)
I'm a bit surprised...no one noticed that Houston had a plan to slow the W's inbound passing after the Rockets would hit a shot? They would literally run to the baseling to the exact spot where the Ws were trying to inbound the ball at. Also, they would grab the ball after a shot and roll it away from the inbounder.
That's why Draymond made that foul at the beginning of the game. The shot was made and Harden put himself right between him and Draymond, preventing Green from jumping over the line and inbounding the ball quickly, as they do almost every time.
Do y'all think Draymond was going to say "oh, excuse me sir, I will walk around you"?? lol.
It was a technical foul but not a flagrant. They got it right. If that was a flagrant, then one of the three+ times Houston bludgeoned Iguodala and others in the head for a simple personal foul should have been flagrants as well.
This is conference finals, people. Man ball.
They let a lot go. All in all, I was satisfied with the officiating. They set the tone early, then let them play for the most part. There could have been a lot more calls both ways.
good game!
iso ball is meh, but that's what they do with harden and CP.
KD must just salivate like Pavlov's dog at dinner every time CP3 ends up guarding him.(What is it, a foot difference in height?)
Capeli did start great, but he sure disappeared in the 2nd half.
Warrior backups played great.
Is that carryover from the regular season or Rockets' previous series? Because none of that happened leading up to the T at 1:07 into the game. Or was that strategy leaked prior to the game?

So, since GSW won, the officiating was fine and dandy?![]()
It was still pretty bad TBH.
Bad in general.
I do think that Dray totally played him. Picking up that T early was almost a stroke of genius. Harden didn't do anything, but then the rest of the game Dray basically had free reign to jaw at refs and complain and didn't get a second T and an ejection.
WTF was that pump fake on the jump ball?

lol yeah that pump fake IMO was all "look at me I'm in charge!" by the ref.
Why the trolling? And this IS trolling. You have needled this point enough.
For my part, I already stated that Foster didn't do his full antics and that there were several questionable calls that announcers noted about him. The Rockets got screwed out of a possession in fact, and the announcer noted that too.
Sorry your team lost but it doesn't somehow redeem your insistence on Dub fan arrogance. The various posters here predicted correctly, they backed up the general impression regarding Scott Foster, analyzed what happened at game and explained the strategy that made Draymond get that tech. For you to try and push the point that we see it as "fine and dandy" is your words, no one else's. I already said, it wasn't spectacularly bad reffin' as we might have expected.

Dude, this is a sports thread. I added the tongue face afterward, what else do I have to do? Lighten the F up! You are up $5 and on the way!
Where did I say anything about fan arrogance? Jeezus man.

Draymond didn't "get" a tech - he earned it by doing something stupid.
What Harden did was smart basketball. What Draymond did was an immature response. There's no excuse for it at this level of basketball.
