That was a planned tech. Draymond knew what he was doing. He was setting the tone, going for the throat, getting into Harden's head.

equally, Harden wanted Dray to get a tech by putting himself where he did. They both got what they wanted: Dray T'ed up, and Harden a throat full of elbow, lol.

The mature responses was to let the Rockets keep the Warriors from inbounding, sacrifice a chicken and hope that demi-god Scott Foster would call delay of game. Ha!

Srsly: But the optics were terrible, no doubt. I don't know how one player can convince the other team to stop doing something like that other than something obnoxious.

It's pretty desperate to delay inbounding. I wonder if that will be in the pre-game instructions from refs on Wednesday, to not try that or he'll make the call.

They did that several times in the game, stalling the inbound pass so the defense can get set.

Rockets are like a begging team, they do all the little annoying things people hate in basketball. When you hear any hall of famer talk about the Warriors they often say it's 'beautiful basketball'. Where the Rockets don't get that praise.

They'll adjust and hopefully Harden wont do his dribble dribble illegal traveling stepback with 6 on the shot clock again tomorrow.

Don't forget, the game started off bad for the Warriors. Imagine if if started off better with Steph making buckets and Looney starting instead of Iggy. I think that's going to be tomorrow. They'll try and double KD which means Draymond will be open for 3s or passing more and Looney or whoever the 5 is will be open.

Do we honestly think CP3 can keep up with chasing Curry or Klay?

Lay off the Kool-Aid, man. It was a dumb foul. There was no 'master plan'. He was mentally irritated, and pushed Harden in the chest. For what? It was DUMB.

JR Smith should have been ejected with a flagrant 2 for the 2 handed push on Horford from behind. Dirty as fuck.

Yea, Cavs had a great first half, and then fell apart. Good Boston D, and an inability to hit anything. Started to scramble and make mistakes, and that was it.

We'll see how/if they can recover. Not looking good right now.
 
Draymond reminds me of a modern-day Bill Laimbeer. anyone remember him? Literally no one except Pistons fans could even stand him. But extremely effective at what he did, and 2 championships in a row don't lie.

I understand the hate for Dray. But...y'all want him on your team don't you? it's ok to admit it :)

there was a guy who played a few games for the Sharks. Raffi Torres. The crap he pulled when playing for Edmonton cost the Sharks a chance at the cup one year. I would never have thought I'd root for the guy until he was in teal. Fandom...ain't it a sombich?

Draymond has the mindset of a Raffi Torres and a Bill Laimbeer but he’s no where near that physical. It’s not legal to be Laimbeer physical in the nba today.

Draymond gets on everyone nerves cuz he talks a lot AND is quarterback of the team. He leads the team in assists I think.

He jaws at everyone but really isn’t that physical. He’s demonstrative.

That, and JR placing his hands on Smart’s throat in an attempt to “Wayne Brady” him. Reminded me of Ron Artest against the Mavs in 2011 when the Lakers were losing, and then Lue has the gall to whine about Boston “gooning the game up”... :facepalm

jR is such a defensive liability a suspension would probably help the Cavs.
