They have bags of the chichirones on the counter that they make at Kusina ni Tess. I reckon you could do that on dinuguan day.
Damn, how’d I miss this gem. Great idea!

I've had balut. Tasted like a boiled egg. Looked like a fetus. Metaphor for my love life.
Yeah, it's not that bad, but you definitely need to wash it down with Red Horse.

You talking about my love life?

Probably mine.
I’d love for you to be able to try the real thing.
So would I, maybe.
Red Horse makes everything better.

I miss real Red Horse. The stuff they sell here doesn’t come close.
I dunno, I picked some stuff up here that I think was something like 9% ABV.
Hell yes
I do a musubi a week
My go to is all Mac curry katsu

So I just tried L&L Hawaiian for the first time. It was much better than I ever thought it would be. Damn! Where have you been all my life?![]()
I was craving some pancit bihon and went to the one in Concord and they were selling fried chicken and burgers!?!! WTFAre they all like this now?
I used to go to the one in San Jose off Aborn years ago and they had all the good shit, different types of pancit, lumpia, etc.

I don’t know how I missed this last year but I think you’re getting Jollibee and Goldilocks confused. Goldilocks used to be on Aborn and exactly like you described with the different pre-cooked dishes. Jollibee has always been a chicken and burger place, basically a Filipino take on American fast food.
