Stopped by RBC to nab a few bottles of Pliny the Younger before they wrapped things up for the year.

Yikes! Although that’d be a cool version of a giant loop.

Russian River Brewing after close, popped over there via some fun Napa and Sonoma roads to catch a little more fancy beer before it's gone for the year. Not the most compelling picture, but I liked my parking spot.

My first full day burning a tank full since the Dec teardown.
41 east, La Ponsa Rd. Hwy 58, couple miles of Soda Lake rd (buggy) and a short stretch of Shell Creek rd, & return.

The out & back had me watching miles, Taft would be the closest for gas.

Temblor range, kind of muddy colors, yellow, blue, purple, and a little orange all mixed in

My smeller went nutz in this sea o' purple, yet all the cages doing the slow roll, all buttoned up????

I headed back here, and stopped @ Shell Creek rd. I passed this spot, it was full o' cars & pandimonium, not so bad in the afternoon. It was a Prious parade out there with a side of overlanders

I love that ride along Hwy 58 looking across the Carrizo Plain. The wild flowers should be spectacular this year. Thanks for the pics.

I'm thinking of taking an extra day getting to Morro Bay just to scope out the Carrizo Plain.

So at the "DEAD END. No Turn Around" road, ever try to go down to the end and see all the stuck cars and skeletons of the trapped?

Greypril showed up yesterday, not quite the weather for the Masters,

Not a Cadburey egg,

Roadside succulents,

and

Easter Lilies
