I've been rooting for ATL for a minute now. Hope they can take it home.

I like Atlanta. I'm happy for Ryan. Seems like a cool dude. I'm torn though, would like to see the AFC retain the championship, but prefer Atl over NE. I suppose I'll just hope for a great game regardless.

I'm just happy the Steelers lost.

NE vs Atlanta. yuck

Exactly, might be the first SB I don't even care about. Who am I kidding though, I will probably still watch to cheer against the Pats. I am still pissed that my beloved STEELERS played so poorly.

Weren't the Packers supposed to play this weekend?

Anyhoo, my fanny is firmly planted on the Failcon wagon. I wonder if their D will be able to get to Brady with more consistency. I think that's the key. Gotta put him on his ass more than once in order to disrupt that offense. Otherwise the only way to win is a shootout and the Pats seem to come out on top in those types of games.

The Packers Cowgirls game was fucking awesome, but yeah, other than that, pretty much all pretty flat, "as expected," games. Pats vs. Falco should be an epic firefight though.

I dunno :dunno
The scores weren't very close so the outcomes weren't in the balance but there was some individually stellar play yesterday. There were some fantastic linebacker plays from the Steelers. Damn those guys know when to shoot the gap against the run. And I was crying inwardly while applauding outwardly at the phenomenal passing. Crying inwardly knowing my 9ers aren't anywhere near getting a QB as good as anyone in the games yesterday. All the QB yesterday are top flight. Big Ben put on a clinic all by himself with the deep outs. And I swear he almost threw a pic but pulled back, let the safety jump the route, and then threw it behind him for a completion in the middle of the field.

Yup, as a Fins fan I'm not used to seeing linebackers do that. :x

But from the first moment, the Steelers had no chance. Brady just picked them apart with ease, like he always does.

As usual, it's especially frustrating to see the Patriots drop an ass-beating with some no-name cast-off player enjoying a starring role. Goddamn this WR Hogan, the Fins (and Giants and Niners) didn't think he was good enough so they cut him. All he did was show up for the AFC Championship game with 9 catches for 180 yards receiving with 2 TD's.

The Pats have done this so many times, it's surreal. Best front office ever.

We have Beckham, Shepard and Cruz, we could afford to lose him, LOL. :laughing

You know what I saw? I saw the Steelers knock Brady on his ass once early in the game. And then he was untouched for the remainder of the contest. You cannot allow him to stand back in the pocket. If you don't get pressure he'll shred it. Gotta put him on his ass at least once per quarter so a minimum of four sacks is a must. And someone's got to be in his face at least twice as much as that. So tack on another 8-10 hurries and hits. If you don't get to him it's going to turn into a shootout and the Pats are the masters of the shootout especially with Darth Hoody working up the defensive game plan.

#1 Sack artist this year going against him in the Superbowl. I have hope.

My fingers are crossed and I'll be sacrificing a baby and virgin to the Blood God for a Failcon's win.

Rapelisberger talks about maybe ending his career. I don't see it happening but I'd certainly be happy if he did.
