I think we all kinda take stairs for granted as I recently binned it down a spiral staircase and fractured my wrist. Take it slow and smooth for recovery and thanks for all you do!

Wife is here with me and we spent a decent amount of time talking about that. She will actually start looking. Maybe a shot at a better spot. We already knew we would be selling and moving within 10years.
