i'm heavy again. time to get active again
How many reps did you so at that weight?I successfully benched 52.5 per hand incline/flat but that's as heavy as my dumbbells go.
Do I realistically need to buy heavier ones or am I good sticking to 52.5?
is there a reason you couldn't do lower body workouts (it sounds like surgery was upper)? also, could i recommend that you increase your protons? typically after surgery, you want to eat sufficient calories and higher proton than normal. there's a series on it from a god in the strength/PT world if you're so inclined:
