Okay so the new Tonal is finally installed and this will be plenty! We each did the orientation and strength test + mini workout. I did the recovery stretch program today. I didn't shop for the unit so I didn’t realize it has classes like boxing and yoga which is a pleasant surprise.

I've never been one to do something half way, if I'm going to put an effort into it I only shoot for being the best that I can be. That also means that I'm eating the output and meat cooked on the grill is not as healthy for us as things like stir fry or vegetables cooked on a grill. But, you only live once so I exercise more. :laughing
 
Speaking of mirrors. Plenty of bodyfat “mirrors” on the internet to check your BF, more or less. Here are 2:

Lol. Nahhh. You could do it. Excuse my dirty fingers. My chain fell off on the first downhill. I was hoping to be under an hour on the bike and just missed it. I did have a couple of run splits in the 7:3X’s I’m kinda blown away by that.

I always wanted to to a triathlon, but moth times I was within a couple weeks of doing it I got a really bad ankle sprain, one from football and one from basketball, both just plain bad luck. Figured that it wasn't meant to be.
