Warriors 16-17 Season

Not to get super political, but I think everyone here can respect this letter from Luol Deng

About that Dallas game... Apparently Lebron was pissed after the loss, and responded to Barkley calling him 'whiny'.

"He's a hater," he said. "What makes what he says credible? Because he's on TV?"

"I'm not going to let him disrespect my legacy like that," he told ESPN. "I'm not the one who threw somebody through a window. I never spit on a kid. I never had unpaid debt in Las Vegas. I never said, 'I'm not a role model.' I never showed up to All-Star Weekend on Sunday because I was in Vegas all weekend partying."

James added: "All I've done for my entire career is represent the NBA the right way. Fourteen years, never got in trouble. Respected the game. Print that."

Oh snap.

Anyway, Love out with injuries and Smith is of course still out due to the hand surgery. Not a great time for the Cavs when it comes to staying healthy ;/

I like that quote. I can't figure out Barkley either. His role seems just to be confrontational. Sometimes he's funny but he gets weirdly mean. Kinda bipolar I guess.

LBJ obviously doesn't remember the Nike commercial or the context of the "I'm not a role model..." line.

The second line was "Just because I can dunk a basketball doesn't mean I should raise your kids."

I guess Stephen had to make 11 3 pointers in the first three quarters in response. :laughing

I can't imagine how special that is for both of them. Steph shows so much respect and gratitude toward his dad. He's having so much fun out there.

See his little hesitation? I was reading that on the hornets feed he said he paused for a sec to make sure steph saw

Just wanna make sure that all our Dubs haters noticed that when Draymond took an elbow last night he made a point to tell ref he wasn;t fouled, even though he got some kind of a stinger in his shoulder. no floor-writhing or method acting.

Compare and contrast. :laughing

Javale is like a rescue dog.

Tonight D. Jordan, Saturday Boogie. Ws replacement centers have their work cut out.

Check out out what Hardway and the Hawks (but mostly Timmy) did to the Rockets. Looked just like the old man. I'd give anything to see another Hardaway in a Warriors jersey again. He would be great off the bench.

No Shaun (gotta love the spelling) Livingston
No Zaza
No West

and...

No Draymond

Still got the W.

Great win.

I hope the bench bunch is feelin the love. They are really steppin up. Man, it makes management look brilliant in their scouting and acquisition of rookies, including their various injury-rehab successes..

I love cheerin for the less familiar faces and seeing them prosper.

but I thought the bench was going to be a liability because they lost Speights, Festus, and Barbosa?

More reason to believe in management and their decisions. We are not worthy!:hail

They just signed another guy today I heard comin home.

Dunno man, he sounded like he was whining about Charles to me.
