I'd also ask why you're being "nice". Are you trying to be what you think the woman you're interested in wants? Usually not a good idea in the long run.
Can't be honest with anyone else until you're honest with yourself.

Being lonely can be a bitch, being lonely and horny will get you in trouble more than not. Increase your numbers so you always have options and no single person will pull you out of the place you should be... unless she's Really... nevermind that.

And OF COURSE, all this shit is easier said than done :p
 
Why doesn't someone just say it- cut the "act" bullshit and be yourself. That's what they see eventually, so cut to the chase and be yourself. The "best behavior" bullshit is all about getting laid. Cut the crap already. If you really care about someone, have the sack to show them your true colors. The "I love you, now change" scenario is a waste of time.

Who among the girls considers themselves 'high-maintenance'? I hear that term getting tossed around, but I'm beginning to think it's just another excuse to 'dump' someone after you get them into bed.....

OK.. that helped me out a bit. I'm assuming that guys choose "sammiches" because they're fast to make. That way when a woman brings it to him, he won't be waiting too long. Whereas, if a woman were making a pot pie for him.. he'd probably die of hunger.

To answer your question. I'm high maintenance. I'll admit it.. I need attention from everyone at all times. When I don't get it, I'm sad. What to do.. what to do... heh

Hey man.. if you're getting laid and you wanna dump a person.. there's plenty of other ways to do it than to use the reason of them being high maintenance. But I guess if you're an honest person, that'd be the right route to go with though.

Women don't play games anymore than guys do. It's a human trait, not gender specific.

Now, as far as being yourself. Only do that if you like yourself and you think you are a good person. If you are an a**hole by nature, then you better put on the facade. You figure it will work maybe long enough to get you laid once. Then all bets are off.

I've always been myself and had pretty nice guys in my life, for the most part. There have been a few jerks here and there.

So--be yourself if you are a nice guy only.

....it's just that Hooli seemed to be annoyed that the thread had digressed to such a degree, that I just thought it best to take it off.

No one wants to know about my living preferences anyway, or my opinions about specific BARFERS, or anyone else for that matter. So I'll just keep my mouth shut. :(
