I was afraid someone would go there. There is currently no evidence whatsoever that this is the case as much as many of a certain oppostion group LOVE to claim it. Even if a white person is deeply racist in behavior, that does not make them a white nationalist or white supremacists.

Those are two different, but similar, very specific extremist view points that are far more dangerous that another typical old Boomer Bigot. It is again when such words are used casually and incorrectly that you lose the interest of moderates.

The moderates are still the ones who decide what wins. All this extremism is people forgetting that, which is why no one ever seems to really win anymore.



Sadly, it isn't even hidden. The news is out there, people just don't give a shit. They would rather selfishly self indulge and attack their neighbor in cheap easy anger than show the restraint and decency Americans deserve from one another.

I very much agree, and would add that people who might normally side with liberal sentiment find themselves pushed in another direction. Instead of trying to coax moderates to their side, they seem to be saying something more like " fuck you if your not with us you fucking white supremists racist nazi". Thats a great way to bring me in...:rolleyes

You really can't have a logical discussion with either side nowadays it is to the point where if your views don't align with that person's, it devolves into them shouting at you figuring if they shout loud enough then they win the discussion.

Yet, the plurality of the 2020/2021 violent attacks against Asians comes from a particular demographic.
But... Nobody in the media or any community organization wants to really talk about that, so the problems will just continue to exist.
It's just easier to blame White people than to address reality.

Not saying you're totally wrong, but quite frankly I see a ton of the same from the big BLM advocates.

I simply wish the narrative from the media was being more honest about this you know?

Sadly, as an overreaction to past injustices, the American media in general seems just super hostile to the idea of of a narrative that paints Black America as anything except a victim.

If our better America is going to continue to develop, we need to do a better job recognizing Black America as a peer community that has their own agency and as a peer group, has a shared responsibility to our American community that includes equal accountability to the public that matches their equal representation in Government.

The tribalist conflicts being promoted both by fanatics here at home and our enemies abroad (which also no one wants to talk about) need to be defeated by the image of American unity, or there will only eventually be blood.

Indeed Asians are attacked by non Whites at a greater percentage than Blacks are or Latinos are.

26 percent vs 1 percent vs 19 percent respectively.

But all groups are attacked by Whites far more often.

74 percent vs 99 percent vs 81 percent.

Thanks for the report, that Data table is punishing to try and read real numbers from, but the study is interesting.
