I believe that's a Singer - a bespoke rebuilt 70's era 911...so, it's a kind of a frankenstein of several parted 911s built to customer specs. Sick expensive to at ~450k a piece, IIRC.

I too am impressed with it. I would like to see a more technical breakdown of the design. I saw one at the LA Auto Show earlier this year. It's even more intriguing in person.
