Guys, had that image remained up, I would have done one or more of the following:

PM'd the OP (to link it)
Linked the image
Started a suspension poll

Linking it was the correct thing to do given the ToS.
4.7 Members shall not post images containing, nudity, partial nudity, sexual acts, or depiction thereof, questionable images should be linked and not directly visible in a thread. This link, and if possible the thread title, should carry a warning that such material may be offensive to some. The general application being NWS = "Not Work Safe". BARF is primarily an adult community, but there are younger Members, and a vast number of Visitors that may come to BARF through links and search engines.

I'm thinking it was just the BARF salute though why she'd give it is another matter for debate. Perhaps the guy on the receiving end was a little too aggressive in his attempts to look down her dress?
 
After giving it more thought she's really just using the salute to indicate where her eyes are and letting the guy know that she'd like him to look there instead of at her boobage.
