Do you know the how/where the low pants thing started?
Prison. Where else? I guess that's why it's referred to as "Back East University".

theres a million white guy answers to this, some in some hilariously incorrect memes.
but that doesnt matter. its the same tired argument, which boils down to, I dont mind black peole as long as they act white

I dont disagree here, other than that meme wasnt talking about job interviews
Or it could be a way of saying "fuck whitey." At least that's what it seemed like the time I was having coffee on the sidewalk an some dude with them about to his knees walked by and asked me what I "was lookin at, White motherfucker, i kick your ass." I swear I hadnt said a thing and had only given him a passing glance. This is when ccw holders need to exercise restraint.![]()
The same concept applies in the street as at a job interview. People will judge you based on how you dress, act, and speak. It is human nature, and we all do it, black people too.

Well, ideally you have something like 20% lower class, 75% middle class, and 5% ultra upper class (that doesn't comprise more than everything below it).
But, our society, where the top 2% owns 95% (or something) of the wealth in the United States. So even though our middle class is the best in the world, our lower class is getting bigger and that middle class is shrinking, because the top 2% doesn't know when enough is enough. For over a century, the ultra rich had a strong sense of what they could get away with to keep the peasants happy and producing for them. Lately, they seem to be losing sight of that balance and soon it will likely topple (IMO).
There is no way several HUNDREDS of people are billionaires, yet millions live with $20,000 or less annual income. It's a recipe for disaster.
I tell you one solution: black residents register to vote, get a new mayor, then he appoints a new police chief.
Now let's see who shows up at the next election...
right, which is what I was saying.
No, it is not acting white. Look at how people that come over here from Africa speak and act. Look at how successful black people act. It is acting respectful, not acting white.

Oh yeah, Gunna lecture me about Africa huh?![]()
Or the DA, who was elected by the non-black people, and that somehow isn't good enough.
Fixed.

I'm sorry, I was under the impression that black people had the right to vote.![]()
