I'm telling you, step-parenting is the best way to raise kids.

No emotional blackmail, grandparents are politically cautious, spouses are grateful for the efforts, kids are unsure which side of the bread slice the butter is on . . . and you get to skip the colic, the dirty diapers and the masses of luggage for every excursion.

once again, apparently snoring is actually air obstruction so if you wake / un-snooze someone who's snoring that's actually good for them b/c it makes them roll-over and get better airflow

Rain this morning, just fog with a hint of sun now. Coffee, then I need to clean up the kitchen again, because we have destroyed it over the past few days...
