Very relevant to talk about their record from last year, what else can you evaluate them on other than "most recent performance?" You are what your W/L record says you are...

Most teams will probably have what, 80-90% of the same guys starting this year they had last year?

Cruz was shredding EVERYONE Easily. :laughing Manningham and Nicks are already playmakers, so when Cruz came off injury from the year before and no one knew what he could do as a rookie, it was a slaughter. Now that we don't have 3 1st string worthy WR's and Defenses know how bad Cruz can be, I am wondering if he'll produce as well this year.

The secondary was merely "average to good"
 
That's what was so maddening, the D-line and LBs were raw like sushi, while the secondary was keystone kops. 'Bout three times in the title game I was like "Niners going to SB" followed by "holy shit plz cover somebody, anybody."

Never even got mad at Williams, that was just a good special teams play by NYG, aim for the ball and such.

Teddy Ginn is back, stay healthy mang and keep on returning.

In fairness, that 3 WR set we had last year was almost impossible to cover. No team has that much depth at CB.
