Is he just a punk? I mean, this may be his third season without EVER playing a pre-season game? Seriously? After the Niners just BLEW UP their WR ranks? If he thinks Mario Manningham can't have his job in a fucking heart beat, the guy is grossly misinformed. Manningham isn't some old as relic pulled as a distraction. Dude is a Superbowl Champion, with one extra year of experience on Crabtree with 18 TD receptions to Crabtree's 12 and Mannigham has been a #2 and #3 WR up to this point. The youngster should be sweating.

Sure, but they already have Ginn, Moss, Crabtree and Manningham and a couple of other, "also ran," motherfuckers. Crabtree and Manningham is a killer first and second guy. The rest have some good speed and potential to be a field stretching threat. You line VD up to catch and it's a killer pass atack. Why go after Edwards? I just checked.

The Forty Niners currently have 12 active Wide Receivers on their roster. I mean, seriously WTF do they want another maybe for?

There's also some Moss something or other guy who is apparently looking like this will be one of his "I give a shit and will try hard" seasons, as opposed to one of his "Raiders" seasons.

Isn't that weird? Seahawks work out receivers, sign Bryant and tell Edwards to eff off. Then a week later they...sign Edwards.

Dude was the third player chosen in 2005 draft and nobody wants him anymore? He's coming off injury but was productive a couple years ago.

Dolphins were pissed the Hard Knocks TV crew leaked info the team worked out Edwards. You sposed to be there to film a TV show that will air in the future, not leaking daily intel on your website.
 
This guy didn't need to spend a billion dollars, the Steelers already owned the Browns
