This is the best part of the season, draft picks are signed and practicing (unless they graduated from a college on the quarter system), free agents bring new talent to the roster, every team is optimistic.

i am guilty of vague-barfing. like vague-booking but on BARF.

i was actually enjoying the insight re: Peterson. he's an amazing player and I have many pangs of jealousy that he plays for AZ.

i found it interesting to see how far reaching his influence is re: interacting with new players and his father's role as a trainer.

i have no freaking clue wth his personal reference for Robinson is worth

No doubt I love love love the current state of the franchise. The clueless owner and the dysfunctional front office. The firing of the best head coach they've had in decades. The narcissistic, overrated franchise QB no one wants. A new head coach that's a proven NFL failure. The brand new stadium no one likes. Located in a city that doesn't hold the teams name. All with no real reason to believe it will change anytime soon as their fan base posts pictures of old men who haven't played in the NFL since aol was the best new thing as they furiously circle jerk to old NFL films from the 80's as they blow wads into their hands. It's one giant steamy pile of stinky poo. I'm so happy about it all yes and I hope it all just lays there like a decaying corpse in the sun. But the minutiae of it all is uninteresting. :laughing

Broncos and Elways tried their asses off to get Kaep in Denver.

Kelly took over a shitty 4-12 Eagles team and led them to the playoffs in his first year as an NFL head coach.

dont be obtuse. Kelly won with the previous talent there. As soon as he started making personnel changes they went into the shitter. Anyone who thinks Kelly was a success in Philly isn't paying attention to facts.

Now everybody is saying that Kaep did not recover from his shoulder surgery well and may not even be able to play in the pre-season. Apparently he has not been cleared by team doctors yet to practice.

Yes I agree, you are being obtuse. Facts: team was 4-12. Kelly is hired. Team has RADICAL change in schemes and immediately makes the playoffs. That's called 'success.'

Read that this morning, uh-oh for him. The Blaine Train has won the starting QB job without throwing a pass, and SF will have a very expensive backup QB holding the clipboard. Oh well, the Niners got plenty of money.
