Can you change the settings on your site to allow more votes/person? I was only able to rate 3 of them...
 
On the voting 5 is the best and 1 is the worst and you can vote for 5 photo at once. I just tested it an you can vote for a total of 5 at a time so vote for the 5 photos you like best from best to least.
