I had a friend in high school back in the 80s that put a 327 in the 1800s shooting brake. It was so fun, although he was sorta creepy.
That F40 was jaw-dropping in person. I overheard that the owner tracks it... hard.
I can't fathom the level of wealth one must have to be able to put that kind of vehicle on the line.
De Cadenet also races classic and vintage cars, having owned and raced numerous examples, particularly Alfa Romeos. In addition to cars, he also collects motorcycles and aircraft, and owns a Supermarine Spitfire.
