my carbon V10 -- the prebuild

Still waiting on our SRAM buildkit, which won't arrive for another 8 or so weeks. So we built the bike with parts off Sonny's V10.

Our team got the custom red swingarm :)

How are they? Been planning on making it out to one. Still trying to work up some more endurance.

It's pretty much whatever you want it to be! You can be out there for fun and enjoy the post-ride beer / pizza - a couple of the guys will be happy to hammer with you if that's your thing.

If there's a wider range of ability levels, they'll split it into a couple of groups (like they did last week). The total distance on the loop is about 17 miles, but about 4 miles of that is fairly easy pavement to and from the trailhead.

Last week, I started about 30-40 minutes late, and was cranking along pretty good until I caught the mellow group about 1:15 in. Here's my trace:

Yes I do mountain bike! :)

This is my rig, which I built it up back in 2006. I actually took it on a couple runs in Northstar couple summers ago.
