Met my friend at Room and Board to browse coffee tables and I found the floor model on a serious discount and I liked it so I bought it which was unexpectedly a lot fast and easier than anticipated.

Wandered the furniture/design district, went to an art supply store, and walked the 45 min home.

I realize my roommate gave me notice, paid for January, and has been in Italy for two weeks, doesn't really intend to move back in for the next 2 weeks until his lease ends. I wonder if I could find someone sooner than Feb 1 and refund him whatever I get for the existing month.

Got a nice ride this afternoon, even if I did have to top up the batter in the DRZ first. I think a burrito might be in order for dinner.
 
well I didn't accomplish anything much today, aside from doing my steps and some cleanup chores. ... was a little slow today hmm, my fault for ordering the last one !
