The average Giants fan of 2016 doesn't even know the names Lawrence Taylor or Victor Cruz.

Yes, all current Giants fans are just fans of ambulances and surgery who watch our games to admire all the staggering injuries to players, which is all we have been able to accomplish the last 3 years. Most injured team in the NFL 3 years running, WE GOT ANOTHER RECORD ON THE BOOKS, w00t!

:laughing

it took you 8 hours to come up with that.

Are you under some delusion that as soon as you post something in this thread I come running to read it? :laughing

Interesting that the story about the Giants being the most-injured team also showed the Bengals as being the least-injured team. Sadly, Cincy's QB was injured at the worst possible time.

Giants fired their Strength and Conditioning coach after 3 years of being the most-injured team, they got a new guy now.

Really odd that one team has so many injuries for 3 straight years.

yes the bengals had a charmed season last year with injuries...until they didnt.

Hopefully they can stay healthy again this year.

Yet again, Peyton Manning stops by to visit the Dolphins and his former QB coach Adam Gase....who coached Peyton in 2013 as he threw for 5,477 yards.

C'mon Peyton, teach Ryan Tannehill how you did it. :teeth

I'd say he leapfrogs position coaches and goes straight to an OC or Assistant type of thing.

I could see him sitting there getting fed up with Tannehill because he doesn't see the same shit that Peyton does when he's playing.

Yeah, I mean I don't' try to cry too hard about injuries, but it really has been crippling us. If you take out the last 90 seconds of every game, the Giants are 12-4 last year against a pretty strong schedule. Late game collapses and we are 6-10. You think maybe not being that beat up might have made a difference?

So far no serious injuries this season and I feel like we are a contender. I know it is still only training camp, but at this point last year we already had two starters out. :laughing

i like the annual deadspin "why your team sucks" articles.

they usually, hilariously, exaggerate the bad parts of a franchise as the season begins.

this year the 49er's one is less funny because they forgot to exaggerate and it's still a fucking train wreck. :(

some of the submitted comments are gold though. so there's that. :laughing

I cringe every time I read NFL updates during training camp, hoping to not read "player injured, out for the year." But these guys are too big and too fast to not injure themselves or each other. Will a new Strength and Conditioning coach solve the Giants' injury woes?

My new flippers have arrived, this Nike Benassi Solarsoft design is incredibly soft and comfy. :teeth

I think you're going to be very happy with Leon Hall as your nickle cornerback. After rewatching the season recently, I was really impressed with his play as the Bengals nickle defender. I was hoping the Bengals would resign him for some veteran depth, but he will get more playing time on the Giants team than he would the Bengals. He's a really smart, well prepared corner.
