3 PM. Life happens. Had to go rescue my Dad who’s car won’t start. Tried jumping it. No luck.
The difficult part is I got notice I may have been exposed to the virus so I am having to yell instructions to a hard of hearing 87yo. Now waiting to yell at the tow truck dude. :facepalm
Doing a zoom from my truck so at least I am getting paid to wait. :laughing
Won’t know for three days if I was exposed. Feel OK. If positive then I get tested.

Hope to get back to some exercise. May as well do some squats :teeth in

3:17PM 50 BW squats in the parking lot. The good thing is my body weight is always with me wherever I go :p
4:25 Back to the office. Did 60 push ups before looking here and now at work shit. Wanted to make sure I got something else in. Just in case work is calling on me.

This was a good one this morning. My new cycling friend is getting stronger quickly, so Im able to push a lot harder on these morning rides with him. This route even included his first gravel miles.

Went over massive pot hole and need new tire. Made it to Trek bike shop on exposed tube poking out of tire.

My friend's tube blew as we pulled into the shop parking lot.

They set me up on a tubeless tire but used the tube for now.
